Introduction to GK1000 series AFE energy feedback AC Motor Drives
GK1000 series AFE energy feedback AC Drives, consisting of AFE (Active Front End) and AC Drive, feature with four-quadrant operation. AFE unit could maintain constant DC bus voltage, improve input power factor, realize energy feedback efficiently, and achieve reactive compensation to power grid in applications; AC-drive unit could fulfill all varieties of industrial control demand on an AC Drive.

Active power factor correction. Realize input-side unit power factor running
Excellent dynamic response
No requirement of power grid phase sequence, auto grid connection, four-quadrant operation, real-time bus energy feedback; advanced vector control algorithm ensures conversion with high efficiency
Even if momentary grid voltage fluctuation or abrupt load change occurs, constant DC voltage could be pledged due to auto bus voltage adjustment technology. Load capability could be assured accordingly

Typical applications: Centrifugals. Large Industrial Washing Machines
Multi-motor system: Constant common DC bus voltage could be maintained in a multi-motor system while GK1000 are used. Regenerated energy is all fed back to power grid for energy saving purpose, and a number of accessories like brake units and brake resistors are saved accordingly.
